Tainan Escape Room - God Absent is a renowned Tainan Escape Rooms venue, with its studio located in Yongkang, near Ambassador Cinemas.

As a benchmark studio for Tainan Escape Rooms, God Absent offers 8 self-developed themes. The venue also features collaborative themes with three other studios, including Dumbass and Wisdom Hunter. The game themes span fairy tales, detective stories, horror, suspense, and fantasy, ensuring that even those who dislike the popular horror-themed escapes of recent years will find plenty to enjoy.

Tainan Escape Room - God Absent offers a wide array of themes with surprising stories, all at a very reasonable price compared to northern Taiwan.

Their famous "Magic Book" series, inspired by fairy tales and well-known stories, is highly narrative and, in Selena's opinion, perfect for beginners to Tainan Escape Rooms. Another popular theme, the "Count X" series, is quite challenging, making a perfect clear not easy to achieve.

What's most interesting is that many of Tainan Escape Room - God Absent's themes incorporate a search mechanism. This allows players who may not be strong at puzzles but have keen observation skills to contribute to the team by finding specific items.

For players who love extremely difficult puzzles, "The Howl of the Forest" is their toughest challenge. Without experienced players in your group, clearing this room can be quite demanding, but the set design is incredibly detailed and well worth experiencing.

Weirenli and colleagues experienced Tainan Outdoor Puzzle - Mango Game's most classic Tainan Escape Rooms, "Koxinga's Treasure." They wound through Anping Old Street, piecing together clues for each puzzle. Donning Ming-era costumes felt like stepping into a historical drama, and being asked questions by tourists on the old street added to the fun.

The game master's introduction and the props provided were clear, but solving the puzzles still required careful time management. Weirenli recommends asking the game master for help directly with any questions; they spent too much time trying to solve everything themselves and almost failed, but thankfully finished just in time.

After completing "Koxinga's Treasure," they received ice cream discount coupons. Weirenli and colleagues sat on Anping Old Street, enjoying ice cream to cool off while reminiscing about the fun of the puzzle-solving.

Seeing how much fun his friends had playing Jubensha in Taipei, Wei Renli quickly gathered his own friends to try Tainan Jubensha. This time, they chose the original script "Sea Party" at Tainan Jubensha - Lazy Day Board Game Restaurant.

"Sea Party" is a 6-player script that provides costumes, allowing players to immediately immerse themselves in their roles. After everyone reads their scripts, they introduce their characters and describe their observations of the events. Through cross-examination with friends, guessing the murderer is incredibly thrilling and fun.

Besides observation skills, Jubensha also tests everyone's logical thinking and inductive reasoning abilities, revealing the depth of friendships and everyone's IQ (laughs). Playing this Tainan Jubensha includes a complimentary pot of tea, perfect for soothing throats and cooling down during intense debates.

This time, the Twosevenths mystery shopper team participated in Adventure Suitcase's "Evil Bus" Tainan Outdoor Puzzle, with four people sharing an SUV. As the game's name suggests, this Tainan Outdoor Puzzle game requires you to travel through Tainan city at night on the Evil Bus, completing designated tasks at various historical sites.

The puzzles are moderately difficult; a little thought and some hints from the game master will get you through. After each stage, the game master connects the historical story of the site to the puzzle's solution, making it highly educational and entertaining.

Our mystery shopper particularly loved the props and set design inside the Evil Bus. You can take photos throughout the bus ride between each stage, so there's never a dull moment! The bus props even include hidden side quests and treasure chest puzzles, all intricately linked to the main storyline.

We recommend this Tainan Escape Room to anyone who wants to solve puzzles and learn about Tainan's history at the same time. If you happen to play around the seventh lunar month or Halloween, it will be even more atmospheric!
