"What?! The boss has been kidnapped?!"

The two major gangs that once dominated Bangka – the "Gambling Dragon Gang" and the "Tiger Greed Gang" – have been locked in a long-standing struggle, the two biggest kingpins in the area. But in the early 90s, with the revival of livelihoods, economic prosperity, people living in peace and contentment, and gradually improving government regulations, the power of the two kingpins rapidly declined...

Until this day, the leaders of both gangs simultaneously disappeared, leaving behind a letter that read: "I've been kidnapped, come save me quickly. Whoever rescues me gets to be the boss! P.S. Remember to bring some smart people!" Beside it, a hand-drawn note instructed the gang members to go to a certain floor of a commercial building in Wanhua, to a gambling arcade that had already closed down.
