The overall decor features a warm, Japanese Muji-style aesthetic, while the equipment blends the best of professional American fitness. There's a wide variety of gear for members to use for self-training, including treadmills, spin bikes, dumbbells, and strength training machines. The areas are clearly divided, and the equipment is neatly arranged, with plenty of machines for each body part, so you rarely have to wait.

Although MiyakeFitness's Beida flagship store is in a basement, the venue has carefully installed excellent ventilation and air monitoring devices, ensuring good air quality with no musty odors.

Dennis particularly loved the decor and atmosphere. Light-colored, Muji-style wood is used throughout the changing rooms, lockers, and showers. Even the gym area, filled with cold equipment, maintains a consistent sense of warmth — a rare style among Hsinchu Single-Visit Gyms.

The washrooms are equipped with Dyson hairdryers and offer skincare products, reflecting a thoughtful, Japanese-inspired attention to detail. The gym equipment consists of top-tier Italian Technogym machines, with most facilities having at least two sets, so there's rarely a wait for either weight training or cardio.

There's also a small, private room for personal training sessions, ideal for those who value privacy. Dennis highly recommends this Hsinchu gym!

Brick Box Fitness offers a very comfortable environment for Hsinchu Single-Visit Gyms, especially with abundant natural light during the day, making the entire space feel brighter and more spacious. Dennis found it particularly motivating for his workouts.

Another aspect Dennis really appreciated is that this venue is open daily from 8 AM until midnight. This is a huge plus for engineers in Hsinchu Science Park who often work long hours, allowing them to train either after work in the evening or before work in the morning.

Brick Box Fitness also has a full team of coaches who can provide personalized guidance and training plans based on individual needs and goals.
