At the beginning of class, the instructor asked if there were any new students and kindly reminded us to do our best, rest if we couldn't keep up, and not feel pressured. The Hatha Yoga class covered poses from beginner to advanced, allowing students of different levels to participate. I found the Hatha Yoga class to be very thorough, covering everything from Sun Salutations and the Downward Dog/Upward Dog flow in the first half to later stretches like the Asian squat. However, the pace for basic movements was quite fast, and the instructor didn't come down to correct students' postures. For more advanced poses, though, she did offer corrections. Therefore, I'd recommend this class more for students who already have some Hatha Yoga experience. Overall, I gained a lot from the class.
