Jessie really liked the instructor's class design. The warm-up exercises progressed from easy to difficult, effectively stretching all parts of the body. Beginners can easily get started while also challenging their own limits. The main class uses the hammock as the primary tool, training grip and arm strength. The instructor constantly encourages and helps each student adjust their movements, and even proactively takes photos to document each session. At the end of the class, students lie flat on the hammock, imagining themselves as fish swaying with the fabric, accompanied by slow, rhythmic music.
