Cindy visited Habitatto alone on this particular evening. The bar opens at 7 PM, and as soon as it did, a queue of eager patrons formed, a testament to its popularity. After settling into a bar seat, a friendly staff member inquired about Cindy's taste preferences. Upon learning of her fondness for tea, two classic tea-infused cocktails were recommended: Tieguanyin and Changhua Jasmine.

The drink menu offers a rich variety, with the tea-based creative cocktails being particularly impressive. These cocktails are refreshing and not overly sweet, with the tea's aroma and the alcohol's depth combining in a fragrant, layered experience. Cindy ultimately chose the Tieguanyin cocktail, which was intensely aromatic with a subtle, pleasant bitterness in the finish that lingered delightfully. While these cocktails were generally on the sweeter side, it didn't diminish Cindy's enjoyment of them in the slightest.

The staff provided warm and attentive service, constantly checking in on Cindy and even offering a complimentary shot as she prepared to leave, which made her feel especially welcome. After a long day at work, all you want to do is unwind with a comfortable drink and shed the day's accumulated fatigue. For Lynn, ordering a drink at Art aNew is the perfect reward after a hard day.

Lynn was particularly impressed that their Gin Tonic came with ginger sticks, making it taste more like a Gin Buck. While perhaps less known than a Gin Tonic or Gin Fizz, it was truly unique.

The bartender also thoughtfully asked if she had a preferred gin brand, a rare experience among Taichung Bars. As someone who can't live without a drink, Lynn deeply appreciated this personal touch.

Vender Bar is truly a Taichung bar for everyone. Seasoned drinkers will discover new cocktail innovations, while beginners with a lower tolerance can still feast their eyes on the array of beautifully crafted drinks.

Susy highly recommends the Cigar Vending Machine cocktail, which delights the senses of sight, smell, and taste, making it incredibly photogenic. The venue's interior combines a literary aesthetic with trendy curated items; upon entering, you'll see displays of clothing, eyewear, and other accessories. The dining area is exclusively on the first floor, with a total of about 12 seats at the bar and regular tables. The overall space is compact, and seating is limited.

Cabin Cafe's exterior is understated, looking at first glance like a trendy clothing boutique, but step inside and you'll find a world of its own with a unique, individualistic decor. Pushing open the wooden door feels like entering another realm, full of ritual.

After being seated, the bartender informed Itata that there was no menu and asked what she wanted to drink. Itata was initially a bit flustered, unfamiliar with this ordering style. After the bartender explained the venue's specialties, she ordered a black tea and an oolong tea cocktail, a milk tea, and a Basque cheesecake.

Both cocktails were excellent. The oolong tea mixed with gin, garnished with dried rose petals, had a pale yellow body and a creamy foam. The drink offered rich layers of flavor; it was surprising how compatible gin, rose, and oolong tea could be.

Because the first round was so satisfying, the second round included two espresso cocktails. One was an Old Fashioned X Ristretto, a bourbon-based drink with brown sugar and six shots of espresso. It was incredibly stimulating, with an explosive taste and finish—bitter and edgy without bitters, highly recommended for those who enjoy bold flavors!

This Taichung Bar is truly amazing; I never imagined finding such wonderful cocktail combinations in a late-night cafe. The atmosphere is more relaxed and artistic than a typical bar. If you appreciate venues without a fixed menu, or coffee and tea-based cocktails, Cabin Cafe is highly recommended—you absolutely shouldn't miss this unique Taichung Bar!

ISMAN auspicious Ltd. is one of the very few Taichung Bars that doesn't serve cocktails. Sally once asked the manager about this, and his cool reply was, "Because I don't understand cocktails. We just do what we're good at."

ISMAN offers a very comprehensive selection of craft beers. Compared to cocktails, beer is something Sally drinks less often, but she has to admit that every beer the manager recommends leaves her very satisfied; beer can be quite "girly" too. The manager is also quite knowledgeable about whiskey, offering a diverse range of options for neat pours.

With its understated and sophisticated style, ISMAN is one of the speakeasy bars perfect for a quiet drink and conversation with a few close friends. If you have time, come chat with the manager. Remember that the key password needs to be obtained from their fan page and changes regularly; only remembering the old one will leave you unable to enter.

KOLEN is a newly decorated bar with bright lighting and staff in suits, giving it a high-quality feel. When Cindy was seated, she asked for a quieter spot, and they arranged a seat at the bar. In addition to the bar, there are also regular tables available.

The staff carefully introduced the menu and recommended drinks suitable for Cindy. Cindy was drawn to the red and white wine specials on the menu, so she ordered a classic cocktail and a white wine cocktail to try.

The classic cocktail was very refreshing. In contrast, the white wine cocktail had a noticeably stronger alcoholic kick, likely due to its base. Those who prefer a richer flavor might enjoy this one. Finally, Cindy ordered a recommended natural grape orange wine.
