The coach starts with classroom instruction on basic freediving knowledge and breathing exercises, and only after confirming everything is understood do they head to the dive site. With the coach's patient guidance, Lucy Hou, who usually needs a break after swimming just 25 meters, learned how to use her thighs to power her dives, making her descents smoother and smoother.
