Itata recently visited Yuezhen Medical Aesthetics Clinic for Kaohsiung Picosecond Lasers to address sun spots and uneven skin tone, with an initial trial price of just NT$2000. Conveniently located next to the Museum of Fine Arts, the clinic boasts a luxurious interior, and upon arrival, she was greeted and offered a drink, making her feel like a VIP.

After a skin analysis photo session, Itata was surprised to discover issues like an older skin age, excessive keratin, and hidden spots. Following the doctor's consultation, a beauty therapist applied numbing cream. After about 15 minutes, the doctor performed the laser treatment, assisted by two nurses.

During the procedure, Itata held a cool air device to alleviate discomfort, and the doctor focused on stubborn spots and old scars. Although her face felt hot immediately afterward, an additional ampoule applied with a hydra-facial device helped soothe the sensation. A subsequent calming mask further reduced redness and swelling, which completely subsided within two hours, allowing for normal face washing without issue.

A week later, Itata was pleasantly surprised to see a significant fading of sun spots and old scars, drastically reducing her need for concealer. Zhili Medical Aesthetics Clinic is about an 8-minute walk from the Light Rail Xinsu Elementary School Station, with convenient parking nearby. It was formerly known as Manli Medical Aesthetics Clinic.

The clinic is spacious and bright, with floors 1 through 5 dedicated to reception, laser treatments, operating rooms, injectables, and aesthetic services, respectively. They offer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, radiofrequency and ultrasound therapies, and Kaohsiung Picosecond Lasers. All treatments can be booked via phone or LINE.

The service operates on a one-on-one consultant system. First-time visitors to Manli will be assigned a consultant, who will then be responsible for all subsequent visits.

This venue offers three options for these treatments: Picosure, PicoCare, and Discovery Pico. You can choose your preferred machine or consult with a doctor for a recommendation. Your first Kaohsiung Picosecond Lasers experience at Manli Clinic is free, with 3,000 pulses and no machine type restrictions. Jessica found the clinic's treatment process to be incredibly detailed, with clear divisions of labor. A consultant handles the initial reception, followed by an aesthetician for makeup removal, cleansing, and anesthetic application.

During the laser treatment, a nurse assists the doctor. To ease Jessica's nerves, the consultant thoughtfully provided a stress ball, and the nurse offered a cold air hose to minimize discomfort.

After the treatment, an aesthetician applies ointment, a cooling mask, and ice packs, finishing with basic skincare and sunscreen. Jessica felt the entire process was thorough and professional, not rushed because it was a free trial, and there was no aggressive sales pitch.

Before leaving, the consultant explained how long the results of these treatments last, emphasizing the importance of post-treatment hydration and sun protection. This clinic uses the PicoCare machine for its picosecond laser treatments. New client specials include two pricing options: 1,000 shots or unlimited shots, with an option to upgrade to a fractional (honeycomb) picosecond laser handpiece for an additional fee.

Upon entering the clinic, you'll first fill out a personal information form, then learn about the pricing and benefits of Kaohsiung Picosecond Lasers. Once you've decided on your treatment, you'll head to the consultation room where the same consultant will cleanse your face and apply numbing cream. Jessi found the treatment room reasonably comfortable, but on the day of her visit, both the room door and curtain were fully open throughout the procedure, which compromised privacy.

Jessi only received 1,000 shots of the picosecond laser that day, so the doctor recommended focusing the treatment on the darker lower half of her face. During the procedure, in addition to the larger skin areas, the doctor also meticulously treated the areas around her lips, gently reassuring her and indicating which areas would be treated next. Only the areas near her lips felt painful.

After returning home, her skin showed no redness or dryness, and most importantly, the darkness on her chin showed slight improvement, making Jessi eager to try a higher shot count next time!
