Veena experienced TU2.ROOM Aesthetics' advanced skin management treatment, the "Dual-Effect Renewal (Micro-Algae Peel + Mandelic Acid)," a more intensive facial than standard facials, designed for enhanced exfoliation and blemish control. The process began with makeup removal and facial cleansing, followed by a manual blemish extraction. Before the extraction, a 10-minute facial massage was performed to soften the stratum corneum, relax the skin, and prepare it for the subsequent cleansing.

After the massage, a clarifying solution was applied for 3–5 minutes to help soften impurities in the pores. This was followed by approximately one hour of meticulous manual blemish extraction, performed patiently and carefully according to individual skin conditions. Once the blemishes were cleared, mandelic acid was applied, and a soothing base was laid to reduce the stimulating sensation of the micro-algae peel. Then, the micro-algae peel treatment was performed for 6–8 minutes to promote skin renewal and absorption of reparative ingredients.

Finally, a cooling gel mask was applied for about 15 minutes to reduce redness and restore the skin's condition. After the entire process, the most noticeable result was skin that felt significantly cleaner, brighter, and more hydrated, with immediate, tangible effects.

The aesthetician was kind and meticulous, explaining in detail how Jackie's facial spots formed, their likely progression, and how to identify hydration levels, dryness, and internal cysts. She provided a wealth of facial care knowledge, from professional terminology to plain-language explanations, and offered advice for fundamental treatment.

During the experience, Jackie found the blackhead extraction technique to be excellent, completely pain-free. The mud mask was cool and non-drying, and the subsequent facial care was so comfortable she fell asleep.

During the prep, the aesthetician observed that Jackie's skin was quite dry, noting that facial products absorbed very quickly. She suggested Jackie check if his usual cleanser was too harsh and recommended boosting his hydration.

As it was her first visit to this Taichung beauty spa, the aesthetician observed Jessica's skin condition and noted redness, dehydration, and an oil-water imbalance leading to trapped blackheads. During the facial, the aesthetician explained each step, the products used, and their purpose.

The Diamond Clear Skin treatment begins with a "suction-head" device that glides over every part of the face to promote the expulsion of trapped blackheads and impurities.
