Wen's experience with Miramar Aesthetic Clinic's CMSlim Taipei Medical Aesthetics for Fat Reduction was a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy to induce continuous muscle contractions in seconds, effectively sculpting the body.

After filling out a consultation form, a doctor will assess your suitability for CMSlim based on your exercise and dietary habits, lifestyle, and other factors. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Each CMSlim body contouring session lasts approximately 30 minutes. The aesthetician will kindly ask if the current intensity is comfortable. There are 10 intensity levels, with higher levels yielding more noticeable results. Wen chose level 4 and found it to be just right!

During the treatment, you'll feel muscle soreness and occasional high-intensity contractions, but it's all within a tolerable range. You can even scroll through your phone, making it a truly relaxing way to build muscle. However, the effects of a single session are limited; a package of treatments is recommended for significant results.

Chao Mei Clinic offers private rooms, creating an intimate and secure atmosphere. After consulting with the specialist, I decided to target abdominal fat from prolonged sitting and to contour my legs.

For the abdomen, we used TruSculpt, which gently targets the fat layer, unlike the muscle-building effects of CMSlim. The device monitors and heats subcutaneous fat to 45 degrees; these continuously heated fat cells naturally die off and are then metabolized and expelled from the body. During the process, the device felt warm on the skin, completely painless and very comfortable!

For leg contouring, we chose the icoone body sculpting device. This involves wearing a special bodysuit to position the fat, and then a probe massages the skin, effectively stimulating the micro-bubble system beneath the skin to eliminate fat deposits and improve blood and lymphatic flow.

Two weeks after these two Taipei Medical Aesthetics for Fat Reduction treatments, my stomach was noticeably flatter, and my thighs and calves were much firmer! This venue offers a wide selection of body contouring methods, making it highly recommended for those who want to explore various options.
