Before the ear cleaning begins, the specialist uses an otoscope to examine and analyze the ear canal, then cleans the outer ear. Next, they gently stroke the face and neck with large and small feathers, a step that left our mystery shopper, Herlang, feeling delightfully drowsy.

Once Herlang was fully relaxed, the specialist began removing earwax. Throughout the process, the specialist meticulously observed Herlang's facial expressions, promptly asking about pressure and comfort levels, which created a reassuring sense of being well cared for. This was followed by a unique sensation of tingling resonance, created by simultaneously using a tuning fork and goose feathers.

The session concluded with a nourishing essential oil application, leaving a subtle fragrance and a refreshing coolness. This Chiayi Ear Cleaning experience is highly recommended for its comfort and meticulous attention to detail.
