Lately, I've been working out more frequently, and my shoulders, neck, shoulder blades, and back have accumulated a lot of fatigue. The area around my shoulder blades, in particular, always feels stuck and pulled. Usually, basic stretching or a massage gun only offers slight relief, so this time I decided to try BodyStory's customized full-body massage.

The moment I stepped into BodyStory, I was greeted by a subtle essential oil aroma and a warm, soft ambiance that instantly calmed my tense mind. The treatment took place in a private room, ensuring ample privacy and allowing me to temporarily set aside external distractions to fully enjoy the customized full-body massage.

Before the session began, the massage therapist didn't rush into the massage. Instead, she carefully inquired about my usual exercise habits, areas of soreness, and overall physical condition. Then, based on my needs, she discussed and adjusted the entire massage program with me. During the massage, she initially focused on tight areas like my shoulders, neck, shoulder blades, and back, gradually relaxing deep muscles and fascia. This was combined with BodyStory's INDIBA deep thermal energy, which slowly loosened my previously stiff areas. I became so relaxed during the treatment that I almost fell asleep!

Finally, passive yoga stretches reopened my entire body. Afterward, not only did my shoulders and back feel significantly lighter, but my body's mobility also greatly improved. More than just a simple massage, this felt like a deep, customized treatment tailored to my body's specific needs. The rooms at Dayaspa are clean and fragrant, with soft music playing and heated blankets available for guests who get cold easily. The esthetician's technique leans towards Chinese-style lymphatic point massage. After the session, Annie felt significantly fewer knots and more relaxed muscles.
