Throughout the entire process, Jackie encountered three service staff members, all of whom were exceptionally friendly. What Jackie found most thoughtful was how, simply by glancing around, a staff member immediately worried if Jackie was too cold and adjusted the air conditioning. During the hair wash, when the massage portion ran a bit long, they offered a blanket—all these gestures were incredibly heartwarming.

There's a diverse selection of essential oils for your shoulder and neck massage, making it feel like a truly pampered experience.

Wen was particularly impressed by the shampoo area, which features private cubicles and dim lighting, perfect for relaxing during a scalp massage. The staff even asked if an eye mask was desired, allowing for complete mind and body relaxation.
