Before the massage, they bring out an adorable mini skeleton model to explain bone and muscle structure, as well as potential causes of muscle tightness. Penny found it both charming and professional.

Heishou Sports Massage uses a unique technique that follows the bone structure, starting with detailed muscle pressure to relax the area, then progressing to deep fascial release, and finally, extensive passive stretching. The moment I stepped into RESTRONG, I was drawn in by the fresh, comfortable environment. I'd expected a gym full of equipment, but instead, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The staff at the counter kindly offered hot tea, brimming with red dates and ginger slices, which warmed both body and spirit.

Next, I went upstairs, where the coach assessed my physical condition while I stood. With just a light touch to my knees, legs, and shoulders, the coach accurately pinpointed areas of soreness I'd grown accustomed to and barely noticed. They explained how these areas would be targeted for relief, preparing me for the session ahead.

The massage therapist used fascial structural adjustment techniques to help my muscles and fascia achieve balance. This experience allowed Winnie to truly feel her feet firmly planted on the ground for the first time. This sensation of the body returning to balance is definitely worth trying!
