Lilian booked a 40-minute foot massage and a 60-minute full-body acupressure session by phone a week ago. Upon entering the venue, the staff immediately confirmed her reservation and thoughtfully offered a variety of drinks, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment she walked in.

Before the experience began, the venue arranged a foot spa, accompanied by a 10-minute shoulder and neck massage, allowing her tense body and mind to gradually unwind. She then moved to the foot massage area, where the therapist not only focused on key pressure points on the soles of her feet but also addressed areas like the calves and arches, which are often neglected. The massage chair's angle was freely adjustable, and the therapist proactively checked if the pressure was suitable, maintaining a friendly demeanor that made the entire process exceptionally comfortable.

The full-body acupressure was conducted in a private room, offering a quiet and intimate environment. Lühai Foot Massage Center is located on the ground floor of a residential building with a convenient parking lot right next door, making it ideal for drivers.

Since our mystery shopper, Wei Renli, didn't have an appointment, they were served by a younger therapist on site and opted for the foot massage package. Wei Renli particularly enjoyed the relaxing garden view while soaking their feet.

The subsequent shoulder, neck, and foot massages had good pressure. While the therapist didn't specifically target individual acupoints, the overall experience was comfortable. The therapist didn't initiate conversation but did check if the pressure was sufficient and reminded Wei Renli that the sofa chair was adjustable, allowing them to rest and enjoy the massage in peace.

Wei Renli was especially impressed that the therapist noticed and avoided an injured area on their foot, which was very thoughtful. We recommend this Tainan Massage venue to anyone who prefers a quiet and serene environment for their massage.

Stepping inside, the strong island vibe is immediately apparent, from the garden landscaping in the lobby to the dried flower bouquets hanging over the food bar, and the extensive use of wood elements in the private rooms. This all impressed Cai Jierui, highlighting Tangyue Lizhi Foot Massage's dedication to decor and ambiance.

The massage therapist's technique was also highly skilled, allowing them to chat and joke while still making Cai Jierui yelp in delight. Combined with the dim lighting, it was almost enough to make him blissfully pass out.

What truly amazed Cai Jierui was that every service, regardless of type, was conducted in a private room. This allowed for complete immersion in the massage experience, with no need to control expressions or worry about other guests—a huge plus!

This visit was for Shanchuanxu Foot Massage Center's 50-minute Tainan Massage package, which has a clear, well-paced flow. Upon arrival, you're offered a change of clothes, then you complete both the footbath and subsequent massage in the same seat, without needing to move. This is a friendly setup for anyone looking to relax without interruption.

For the footbath, you can choose from three herbal sachets; I picked the one focused on "dampness removal." During the soak, a subtle, not-too-strong herbal scent fills the air. The footbath reaches about halfway up the calf, with the temperature comfortably warm and non-irritating. While soaking, a 10-minute shoulder and neck massage is performed, serving as a warm-up before the main event.

When the Tainan Massage officially begins, the therapist starts a timer, so you know exactly how long the actual massage will last. The subsequent 40 minutes focus on the feet and calves. The pressure is moderate and effective, but never causes tension or discomfort. Acupressure points on the feet are distinctly targeted, and the calf meridians are expertly worked, leaving your legs feeling noticeably lighter afterward. During the session, the therapist also rests your feet on their thigh for a rolling relaxation technique, a natural transition within the flow. The overall technique is precise and continuous.

There are still areas for improvement in the details. For instance, a warm eye mask is available next to the seat, but this wasn't mentioned during the visit; I only learned about it later from other customer reviews. After the massage, a pineapple cake is provided as a snack, usually paired with tea, but this time only the cake was offered, without any tea.
