The moment you step into REVI Dream Forest SPA's Zhongxiao flagship store, the soft aroma and warm, subdued lighting immediately slow you down from the busy pace of life. This time, our mystery shopper Lala experienced two treatments: the Muscle Activation Device and the Wave Device.

Each session begins with the aesthetician performing a full-body muscle relaxation massage by hand, followed by the use of the devices. First up is the Wave Device, which uses gentle frequencies and essential oils to stimulate meridians and promote qi circulation, providing a deep sense of release. Lala may have been sitting too long at work, unknowingly accumulating muscle fatigue, because during the treatment, each new area felt quite sore. However, just as the aesthetician predicted, two days after the muscle soreness subsided, her body indeed felt noticeably lighter.

After the Wave Device, it was time for the Muscle Activation Device, which focuses on stimulating muscles with high-frequency vibrations to passively relax tight areas and boost circulation, relieving muscle fatigue and increasing muscle elasticity. If you had to describe this device in one sentence, it would be "lose weight while lying still." Lala felt like she was being forced to do endless sit-ups at first, but once she got used to the frequency, she even dozed off. The aesthetician explained that just 30 minutes of this treatment is equivalent to thousands of muscle contractions.
