Taco Hand-Carved Leather is located in the bustling Dihua Street area, about a 10-minute walk from the MRT station, with several bus routes also providing direct access.
Founder "Grandpa Taco" started with a small stall in Yongle Market over a decade ago. After nearly a year, he chose to settle in Dadaocheng, where the venue has now been for 11 years. During the lockdown, to allow more people to experience leather crafting, this Taipei Leather studio launched DIY material kits and began offering in-person classes. Today, it's a small studio run by Grandpa Taco's son, Ken, and his partner, Irene.
