Work content

Work content

  • Check the contract content, electronically sign and file documents, and send the effective contract to the customer.
  • Responsible for opening payment links or providing remittance information, confirming the status of monthly receivables and logging into the accounting system, and assisting unpaid customers in troubleshooting problems.
  • Process the payment requisition before the 15th of every month, and complete the issuance of invoices for customers who have received payment at the end of the month.
  • Follow the instructions to create an article writing template and folder, and send a writing letter to the corresponding editor.
  • Handle the archiving and back-end submission of completed manuscripts, and assist in adjusting articles in the back-end of the website according to customer needs.

Work content
