As a regular customer, you'll experience a venue's activity from online booking to completion, remaining discreet and blending in with other guests. You'll help Twosevenths evaluate activity venues. Mystery shoppers can be university students, office workers, mothers, or seniors — anyone can participate.

To become a mystery shopper for Twosevenths, you must first register as a member on our official website. We will then review your application based on your past experience, writing style, and the quality of your submitted reviews.

After successfully signing up, you'll receive an email notification if you've been selected.
Once selected, you'll receive a message: "Hi XXX! Congratulations on being selected for the Taipei XXX ｜Venue Name｜ Experience Item｜ Experience Subsidy." Please arrange your visit, confirm the time, and report your experience time and item to our assistant within two days. Our assistant will set your submission deadline for one week after your experience and arrange to send you the writing brief.
No, you will only be selected for one experience at a time.
New mystery shoppers are usually selected for only one assignment to allow them to become familiar with our guidelines and expense reporting procedures. If all goes well, you may be selected for multiple assignments simultaneously from your second time onward.
The maximum experience subsidy is NT$1,200. If your experience costs more than that, you will pay the difference.
Subsidies are subject to the announced amount. For example, if it states "Experience Subsidy NT$1200", that means the maximum subsidy is NT$1200. If your actual spending is NT$1600, you are responsible for the excess amount.
