The Apple Independent Repair Center is clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a bright design that makes you feel relaxed and happy the moment you step inside. The manager greeted me warmly and carefully asked about my needs.
I came to replace my iPhone 12 battery because it was draining too quickly. The venue offers both original batteries and BSMI-certified third-party batteries. After the manager explained the differences in detail, as an Apple fan, I didn't hesitate to choose the original battery.
After receiving my phone, the manager first checked for external wear and tear and performed an Apple system diagnostic, which showed the battery health was below 80%. Then, wearing gloves, the manager carefully disassembled the phone, softening the splash-resistant layer, removing the battery adhesive, cleaning the waterproof layer and components, and using an air gun to remove dust.
The original battery was opened on the spot for verification before installation. Finally, the manager thoughtfully used an Apple original pressure machine for a 30-second pressure test to ensure sealing and stability, and also cleaned the charging port and speaker holes for free. The entire process was meticulous and professional, making me feel completely at ease.
