For this meal, I chose a set that featured the same fish prepared in two different ways: pan-fried and steamed. Both methods were distinct and delicious. The pan-fried version had a slightly crispy, caramelized skin while the fish remained tender, and the steamed preparation truly highlighted the fish's natural sweetness and fresh flavor. The fish itself was delicate, with no hint of fishiness, allowing the inherent sweetness of the seafood to shine through.

The side dishes in the set meal were also impressive. In addition to common accompaniments, we enjoyed flavorful whitebait. Paired with silky chawanmushi and hot soup, the overall meal offered a complete and satisfying range of flavors. Dessert provided a light finish to the set. The portion size was just right for a regular meal.

Beyond the cuisine, the scenery is a major highlight of the venue. The interior itself is filled with ocean-inspired elements, and outside the windows, you can see distant sea views and Guishan Island. On a clear day, the entire ocean shimmers in various shades of blue. Sitting quietly by the window, it's easy to lose track of time.

If you step outside after your meal, you'll find blue and white architectural designs. Bathed in sunlight, they evoke the charm of a Mediterranean coastal retreat.
