Taipei Prenatal Massage RecommendationsFull Prenatal and Postnatal Recovery: 7 Taipei Prenatal Massage Spas Reviewed

Upon arrival, En Yun Meixue thoughtfully inquired about JW's physical condition, customizing organic essential oils for the day to address pregnancy symptoms like swelling, back pain, and headaches. The massage technique perfectly balanced appropriate pressure and targeted sore spots, leading to an excellent night's sleep!

A major highlight of the experience was the specialized prone massage bed for pregnant women. The room contained three beds, separated by curtains, but JW was the only client that day, allowing her to comfortably lie face down and fully relax during the prenatal massage.

The massage therapist at this Taipei prenatal massage venue was both attentive and skilled. During the pre-massage shower, the therapist even encouraged JW to wash her hair if she wished. JW particularly appreciated the therapist's reassuring demeanor, conveying a sense of "whatever makes mom comfortable."

However, only one towel was provided, so after showering, clients must enter the massage room wrapped in a damp towel. Moms who might be sensitive to this should take note.

During my prenatal massage at Caidie Garden, my favorite part was after showering, when the therapist discussed my pregnancy status and offered a selection of organic essential oils for me to smell and choose from, all suitable for alleviating pregnancy symptoms. I ultimately chose an orange blossom citrus blend to help with my pregnancy-related swelling.

The therapist's technique was more focused on soothing and relaxation. Personally, I prefer deeper, more intense meridian and muscle massages, so the lighter touch sometimes felt less impactful for me. However, if you don't get massages often, enjoy essential oil relaxation, or prefer a gentle touch, then this Taipei Prenatal Massage venue is highly recommended for expecting mothers.

The entire experience was smooth, and afterward, the therapist didn't push any sales. The pricing was simple and transparent.

Upon entering, you're offered unique rush-grass slippers, which are quite distinctive. However, they can be a bit slippery on the wooden floors, so expectant mothers should be very careful.

What JW liked most about the entire experience was that before the Taipei Prenatal Massage session began, the therapist specifically explained that due to pregnancy-related swelling, they would use a lighter, lymphatic massage technique. JW was initially worried it wouldn't be effective, but the massage significantly relieved her tense muscles, with just the right amount of pressure, greatly improving her swelling.

The therapists at Yun SPA Aesthetics don't engage in constant chatter, and there's no hard selling of courses afterward, which left JW feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The price for this prenatal massage experience is also competitive. The only minor drawback was that the bath towels were disposable, which weren't as comfortable to use.

This Taipei Prenatal Massage venue is recommended for expectant mothers who prefer to quietly enjoy their treatment without constant conversation.

Stepping into Bali Club, you immediately feel relaxed. The massage therapist first assesses your usual or pre-pregnancy massage habits, gestational week, and any swelling to tailor the pressure for your session.

What truly impressed JW was the use of heated mineral stones for the leg massage during the Taipei Prenatal Massage, combined with the therapist's highly skilled technique. This significantly alleviated the discomfort of late-pregnancy swelling.

The session lasts 70 minutes, and throughout, the therapist thoughtfully checks if you need to use the restroom or if the air conditioning temperature is comfortable.

This prenatal spa also provides a spacious vanity area, complete with makeup removers, basic facial care products, and cosmetics, allowing moms with plans after their session to still look their best.

After the session, the therapist actively promotes package deals. If you're looking for a Taipei Prenatal Massage venue to visit regularly, these packages offer substantial savings and are worth considering.

Stepping into LaForet, you're greeted by a subtle fragrance and soft music. The lounge area offers a relaxing space, complete with rainbow affirmation cards to soothe your mind and help you unwind instantly.

The Taipei Prenatal Massage room itself provides visual stress relief, with a starry sky and gently shifting aurora projected onto the ceiling, creating a truly therapeutic atmosphere.

Before the massage began, the therapist prepared a comfortable moon pillow for Wei, allowing her to lie on her side in complete relaxation.

The massage started with gentle circular motions from the lower back, gradually moving up to the back and shoulders. The pressure was just right, effectively releasing the stiffness in her shoulders and neck caused by pregnancy. Additionally, the leg massage involved appropriate kneading along the calves, which Wei, in her later stages of pregnancy, felt finally liberated her muscles.

After the 60-minute session, Wei felt her entire body lighten, and the discomfort from swollen legs significantly improved. This venue is highly recommended for mothers experiencing muscle tension throughout their bodies due to pregnancy.

Throughout the Taipei Prenatal Massage, soothing singing bowl music played in the background, and the massage therapist maintained a quiet environment, refraining from constant chatter. JW found it so relaxing that she almost drifted off to sleep several times.

The therapist had an excellent touch for relaxing leg muscles and meridians, though some other areas didn't feel quite as impactful.

Overall, the Yun Spa therapist was never pushy with sales or forced conversation. The comfortable techniques, paired with the healing singing bowl music, made for a wonderful experience. It's also one of the few places where you can enjoy a prenatal massage with your partner, which is a fantastic way to relax together.

While this venue is a bit further from the city center, there's ample parking nearby, making it very convenient if you drive. However, the lack of pre-massage shower facilities is a minor drawback.
