The Natural Repair Treatment adds a facial, which includes makeup removal, cleansing, jade gua sha, a facial massage, and a mask. Because this treatment focuses more on head relaxation, the back massage from the Natural Stress Relief option is replaced with a hand massage.

Before the treatment began, the therapist Hana asked Lin to change into a strapless beauty gown in the private room. There was a locker inside for her clothes and valuables, and Hana would re-enter only after Lin was ready to start the day's session.
