May visited three halls. First, the Cloud Hall on the third floor can accommodate 30 tables. However, the lighting is a dim neon style, which might not be ideal for photography.

The Zhaoxing Hall on the fourth floor can accommodate 30 tables and features a Tiffany Blue color scheme. The Chungeng Hall on the sixth floor can accommodate 26 tables and is designed with an elegant purple theme.

Both the Zhaoxing and Chungeng Halls are the only banquet halls on their respective floors, ensuring no interference from other events. However, these venues lack high ceilings and have pillars that might obstruct the entrance path and guests' views. Their theme colors are also fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Lao Xin Taiwanese Cuisine is a renowned Kaohsiung banquet venue, originally a restaurant that, under its second generation, has elevated its cuisine to new levels of refinement and innovation. It's even a Michelin Bib Gourmand selection, so the deliciousness and grandeur of its dishes are beyond question.

The wedding hall May visited can accommodate 30 tables, featuring a spacious, pillar-free layout with high ceilings that's perfect for photos. However, its entrance is quite close to the adjacent hall.

The bridal suite is located on the third floor, boasting bright natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, a large full-length mirror, a sofa area, and even a clean and beautiful restroom. There's only one elevator, which means couples might encounter each other—if this is a concern due to custom, you can book both halls to host up to 50 tables.

This Kaohsiung Wedding Venues offers thoughtful, all-inclusive service. Its wedding ceremony package includes floral arrangements, a welcome sign, a candy bar, guest chairs, a ceremony stage, and wedding planning and hosting. May was impressed by the 6th-floor Garden Hall she visited. Its square layout, high-ceilinged glass canopy, and windows on all sides provided abundant natural light, perfect for photography, and the absence of pillars made the space feel even more expansive.

Unfortunately, the bridal suite is a temporary space without a private restroom, and the venue is used for the hotel's breakfast buffet in the mornings, so it's only available from 11 AM onwards.

Han-Hsien International Hotel was highly recommended by May's elders as a Kaohsiung Wedding Venue. The cuisine follows an elegant style, with no exaggerated or overly decorated plating, but the dishes are delicious and generously portioned. The service is attentive, with staff proactively and quickly assisting with packing leftovers, transferring dishes to smaller plates, or replacing cutlery.

The only drawback is insufficient parking; both times May visited, the hotel's parking lot was full. However, for banquets of 15 tables or more, a complimentary one-night stay in a honeymoon suite is included.

May's first stop was the Golden Hall, a magnificent European palace-style space designed with a grand castle concept, featuring opulent gold and sophisticated black as its primary colors to create a luxurious and refined atmosphere.

The Pearl Hall and Galaxy Hall offer a modern, elegant aesthetic with pillarless designs. They evoke a vast, starry galaxy with countless pearls, complemented by dreamy Tiffany blue accents, striking a balance between youthful princess charm and mature elegance.

The Coral Hall and Brocade Hall embody a classical Chinese elegance, themed around traditional Chinese weddings. They feature auspicious red as the main color, with golden gongs embedded in the walls, symbolizing the celebratory drumming and gongs of a Chinese wedding. These venues are perfect not only for wedding banquets but also for engagement and return banquets.
