This experience was booked for Bea's foreign husband. We had a short wait after arriving because we added hair and makeup services at the last minute the night before; normally, there's no wait for a standard booking.

The studio's decor is simple and clean, with a comfortable overall aesthetic, though some minor cleaning details were overlooked, particularly a slight odor in the shooting area that detracted a bit from the experience. However, the makeup artist was professional and friendly, communicating carefully with the client to create a natural, well-applied look that met the shoot's requirements.

The shooting arrangement was a bit unusual this time. Because an important client was in the adjacent studio, the main photographer was quite busy, and we were assigned to a new student photographer. Initially, we were a little concerned, but the student photographer was very diligent, carefully guiding poses and patiently adjusting angles before the shoot. This quickly put us at ease, and the shooting process went more smoothly than expected, with results better than we imagined.

Despite some minor imperfections, such as certain poses requiring multiple adjustments, the photography team's professionalism and attentiveness compensated for these shortcomings, making the overall experience still very satisfying.

Our mystery shopper, Itata, visited Leshe Photo Studio for professional headshots, including hair and makeup, to use in work presentations. Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted her and discussed her desired style, purpose, outfit, and preferred background color in the lounge area.

The staff provided clear explanations and practical advice. For example, they suggested a white background if she needed to remove the background later. For her green suit, they recommended either a gray or apricot background, and she ultimately chose apricot.

The makeup artist was skilled and personable, making the makeup session comfortable. After a simple pre-makeup skincare routine, the artist applied makeup using mostly high-end brands. The look was fresh and natural, enhancing her skin's appearance. However, the overall makeup was subtle and not very vibrant, so if you prefer a more striking look in your photos, it's advisable to discuss this with the makeup artist beforehand.

During the shoot, the photographer demonstrated poses for Itata to mimic, showing great patience and offering encouragement throughout. Itata was particularly impressed by the photographer's detailed guidance: after striking a pose, the photographer would continuously provide verbal cues while looking at the camera, such as "tilt your head slightly left," "rotate your knees inward," "point your toes," or "smile a bit wider."

They tried various poses, including standing, sitting, leaning against a chair, and straddling it. The photographer meticulously adjusted her hair and clothing wrinkles as needed to ensure the best results.

After the shoot, Itata returned to the first floor to select photos. When she couldn't decide which one to choose for retouching, the photographer even performed an on-the-spot trial edit, which pleasantly surprised her. After selecting the photos, you can fill out a retouching form to specify any concerns about skin condition, face shape, or clothing details, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.

The headshot package with hair and makeup cost $2600, including one retouched photo. Raw photos were available for an additional fee. While the overall price was slightly higher, Itata was very satisfied with the final result.
