The overall space at both is bright and spacious, reflecting SoFit's original intention to create a happy, relaxed environment for exercise. The goal is to help everyone cultivate good fitness habits from every small moment of their daily lives, making exercise a seamless part of life.

Jill attended the Level 1 TRX Full Body class, which featured a series of strength training exercises targeting the shoulders, back, glutes, and legs, then a full-body workout. The continuous movements trained different muscle groups, from chest presses and back rows to deep squats, followed by lunges, and single-leg raises and lowers. This flowing sequence of movements made the training very engaging for Jill.

TRX: Ultra-Efficient Strength Training

SoFit specializes in TRX training, with classes available in Level 1 through Level 3 intensity. Jill recommends Level 1 for women new to exercise who want to start, as the coaches provide meticulous, step-by-step guidance. Level 2 is better suited for those who already work out and want to learn more advanced movements. If you're looking to challenge your limits, Jill believes Level 3 is perfect for you! If you're unsure about your fitness level, you can also take a trial class to determine which level is the best fit.
