Most healthy babies are suitable for Tainan Baby Swimming, especially those whose umbilical cords have detached and who weigh at least 3000 grams. For their first experience, it's best if your baby is well-rested and fed before the class, ensuring both their physical and psychological needs are met. This helps reduce fussiness and makes for a smoother session. A friendly reminder: babies can join a swimming class one hour after eating.

For babies who are shy or easily startled, the hydrotherapy instructor will suggest that parents hold them to gradually acclimate them to the water, using toys to distract them.
