Letong Gymnastics League ReviewUnleash Your Child's Potential in a 50-Minute Class! Adorable Gymnastics Outfits Steal the Show
Letong Gymnastics League is a top choice for children's gymnastics in Taipei. Twosevenths is here to give parents an insider's look! Our mystery shoppers, dad William and his daughter, joined a class to bring you all the essential details: pricing, location, teaching environment, instructors, and course specifics. This comprehensive first-hand review will answer all your questions about Letong Gymnastics League.

Letong Gymnastics League Brand Introduction

Letong Gymnastics League has two branches: Xinyi Anhe and Heping. This review is for the Xinyi Anhe venue, which is just a one-minute walk from Exit 1 of Xinyi Anhe MRT Station. It's easily accessible whether parents are driving or grandparents are taking the MRT with their little ones.
✦A safe and secure gymnastics environment for young children
Though located in a prime Taipei district, Letong Gymnastics League still offers children a spacious, obstacle-free area for exercise, much to William's dad's surprise. All the common equipment for toddler gymnastics — horizontal bars, balance beams, trampolines — are readily available. William's dad also learned during his consultation with the instructors that Letong Gymnastics League has put considerable thought into planning its equipment to meet the needs of preschoolers and young children, adjusting heights, counterweights, and materials to create a completely safe environment for toddler gymnastics.

Letong Gymnastics League Experience Review

William, a lifelong Taipei native, believes it's crucial for kids growing up in the city, who often have fewer opportunities to play outdoors, to have spaces and chances to develop good exercise habits. While searching for Taipei children's gymnastics classes, he discovered Letong Gymnastics League, located in a prime area of Taipei.
✦Warm up thoroughly to prevent injuries
Before the main gymnastics activities begin, a proper warm-up is essential. On the day of my visit, three different-level classes were warming up simultaneously. The instructor broke down the warm-up into multiple movements, ensuring that the children's muscles, joints, and ligaments were effectively stretched from head to toe. This helps prevent injuries and gets their bodies adequately "warmed up."
The Level 2 toddler gymnastics class I observed had about seven students, divided into two small groups. Each group had two instructors leading different activities. This "one instructor to two students" ratio deeply impressed William, the dad. It allows instructors to not only demand precision in movements but also to cater to the varying physical and mental states of both new and returning students, providing individualized care and adjustments.
