Since she was driving, Cindy asked the staff to recommend a non-alcoholic flavored beer. To her surprise, the non-alcoholic beer was incredibly cool, almost indistinguishable from regular beer, with a full malty flavor that was refreshing and delicious!

Suiyi Bistro is conveniently located on Wenxin Road, making it easy to get to and find parking. Upon entering, a friendly staff member warmly greeted us and led us upstairs to the dimly lit second floor. They briefly introduced the surroundings, the habits of the two resident cats, and the ordering process. The air conditioning had just been turned on, so it was a bit stuffy at first. There's a small stage in the back, perfect for karaoke.

For this visit, we ordered three drinks, including two of these Taichung Bistros' MBTI 16-personality cocktails: "Emo" and "Terminal Lazy Cat," plus a non-alcoholic drink called "Hahahaha...." The cocktails were a bit mild, almost diluted; on a future visit, I might opt for beer instead. "Hahahaha...." was a sweet sparkling drink made with cantaloupe and pineapple juice, but its flavor was also a bit faint.

We only ordered three dishes that day: Stir-fried Shrimp with Seasonal Vegetables and Fried Egg Pancake, Mexican Beef Sauce with Flatbread, and Garlic Zucchini with Seasonal Vegetables.
