The 3-day, 2-night TanningFace AIDA2 course includes two extra online equalization lessons beforehand, which greatly reduces the awkwardness of getting stuck on equalization during the actual class. Lucy Hou found this to be a huge plus!

With the coach's patient guidance, Lucy Hou, who usually needs a break after swimming just 25 meters, learned how to use her thighs to power her dives, making her descents smoother and smoother. The coach also uses a GoPro to film everyone, then reviews the footage to explain any issues with their form and re-demonstrates, helping Lucy Hou improve at lightning speed!

Calista’s freediving training dive, lasting about 2 to 2.5 hours, was an experience best described as "meticulous."

The instructor emphasized precision in every concept and movement. Even without a freediving certification, anyone who has previously taken a course can participate in these training dives. The instructors assess each student's skill level and foundational knowledge to tailor the training.

Calista had long struggled with a proper duck dive, unable to enter the water straight. The instructor first corrected her hand movements, then, once those were familiar, moved on to refining her finning technique. By the end of the day, she finally mastered the correct and graceful duck dive, overcoming a long-standing hurdle. She also learned how to choose equipment and proper weighting, gaining a wealth of knowledge.

The entire AIDA2 freediving course spans three days. The coach starts with classroom instruction on basic freediving knowledge and breathing exercises, and only after confirming everything is understood do they head to the dive site.

Initially, Debby was too nervous to descend, so the coach immediately switched to rope-assisted practice. After that, she truly began to experience the fun and magic of freediving!

The coach was incredibly attentive, constantly observing and checking in, allowing Debby to progress at her own pace. Throughout the process, the coach also diligently took many photos, creating precious memories and keepsakes.
