During the assessment, the instructor has Lynda stand barefoot in front of a mirror to observe her shoulder and neck lines, pelvic height, and spinal alignment, even meticulously examining the angles of her knees and ankles, followed by a simple forward bend test. The entire process is detailed yet concise, taking about fifteen minutes to identify key issues.

By the end of the class, I was drenched in sweat, but I could clearly feel a significant improvement in my small muscle control and movement stability compared to when I started.
