The first day's learning content is to familiarize with the basic operation of the equipment, including regulator drainage, mask drainage, buoyancy control, putting on and taking off the equipment in the water, etc., so that the trainees can first familiarize with the basic skills of scuba diving.

After the break or the end of the course, the instructors will not only immediately point out the underwater conditions, but also thoughtfully prepared ginger tea, energy drinks, etc., very attentive to the physical condition of the students, and even the small helpers also sent a delicious turtle roast, although only small details, but also let Tony feel the heart of the diving snow SNOWDIVING.

The next day, we gathered at 8:00 a.m. and headed to the fishing port of Taifook to start the open water course for the day. Although we obviously felt physically exhausted, it did not affect Tony's excitement in looking forward to the subsequent courses.

Today's learning spine is the practice of yesterday's subject theories, including advanced courses on neutral buoyancy control, Controlled Emergency Swimming Ascent (CESA), and situational simulation.

Tony found the most challenging part of the program was the neutral buoyancy control, where you have to rely on the right weights and breathe slowly and evenly in order not to be bound by the buoyancy, and to feel the mystery of gravity in the sea gracefully and freely.

During the practice of CESA, there was an unforgettable episode where Tony was unable to complete the last step of the CESA technique correctly due to the high waves. However, Coach Kevin was still adamant about the principles and patience, and finally he was able to complete the technique correctly.
