There are paid parking lots in the park via National Highway 5 (Luodong Interchange) or Taiwan Highway 2 (Coastal Highway). (Parking fees for cleaning and maintenance are NT$100 for large buses, NT$50 for small buses, and NT$20 for motorcycles.)

If you are traveling from Taipei, you can take the Capital Bus 1570, Gemalan Bus 1917, Metropolitan Bus 9028, and Kuo-Kuang Bus 1879 to the park. For detailed timetable, please refer toOfficial website.

There is a price adjustment component:
1. Concessionary holiday ticket from $250 to $350
2. First Starlight Ticket: $100 (on sale at 6:00 p.m., last ticket sale in the park at 7:00 p.m.)

A variety of water facilities will definitely make you not want to go ashore, including "Time Castle" which combines a five-story waterslide with LED interactive walls, fountains, water mazes and other multi-functional designs to experience the thrill of sliding from three-story heights to the ground; "Whale Adventure" is a whale-shaped push-board type of wave machine, which makes you feel as if you were in the midst of a huge wave; "Through the Rainforest" is an immersive waterway adventure, which will make you feel like you're in the middle of a tropical secret world; and there are also "Spirit Jumping Island" and "Little Bay", which are specially designed for parents and children to play with. This year's festival also introduced the AI interactive game "Otherworldly Adventure - The Legend of Kabalan", which, through VR, somatosensory detection and other interactive technologies, allows you to travel through the gate of time and space as a warrior, embarking on an adventurous journey, exploring Yilan's culture and the beauty of nature through multi-sensory senses, and experiencing a variety of otherworldly competitions, as well as experiencing the joy of the intertwining of the ancient and the modern.

Swimwear is required for some of the facilities in the water (e.g. the tube slide inside the Time Castle), and jeans are not recommended for use in the water. Other facilities can be prepared according to individual needs, and it is recommended to bring clean clothes to change into.

Of course, there are coin-operated hair dryers in the locker rooms for visitors who need them!

Bicycling is not allowed in the Yilan Children's Playground.

Pets are allowed in the park, but are not allowed in the aquatic facilities and all exhibits, and may use the pet boarding area next to Public Toilet No. 6.

There is no lap swim rental service on site, so we suggest you to bring your own lap swimmers. The service desk can inflate large lap swimmers for you.
