For this Taichung Pet Boarding stay, our mystery shopper Shiyang brought her dog to this venue. When booking, the pet sitter already used LINE to learn about the dog's usual habits, so Shiyang didn't need to explain too much at check-in. After filling out the accommodation form and setting up the camera app, the dog was ready to settle in.
Shiyang's dog is a small breed, so they chose the "Dream Castle" room. The dog immediately went to play in the tent, seemingly very pleased with this secret hideaway.
Although the stay included free dog food, Shiyang's dog is a picky eater, so she brought her own fresh food and asked the sitter to store it in the refrigerator. The sitter even helped microwave it when it was time to eat, which was incredibly thoughtful!
Whenever Shiyang missed her dog, she could just open the app and watch what her dog was doing through the monitor. The sitter also sent updates on the dog's status periodically, including photos, videos, and text. Seeing her usually aloof dog getting along so well with the sitter put Shiyang's mind at ease while she was away. After bringing her dog home, there were no signs of discomfort, and Shiyang would definitely bring her dog back here for future trips.
